국문 초록

본 연구는 마이크로티칭을 활용한 문학수업활동이 예비유아교사의 교수기술 및 문학교수효능감에 대한 효과를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 아동문학교육을 수강한 학생 58명을 대상으로 15주 동안 실시하였다. 연구대상자의 실험 전과 후의 차이검정은 대응표본 t-검정을 하였다. 연구결과 예비유아교사들에게 적용한 마이크로티칭을 활용한 문학수업활동이 교수기술 및 문학교수효능감에서 실험처치전과 실험처치 후의 점수가 향상되어 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 예비유아교사들의 수업 실행능력 증진을 위한 교사교육 방법의 구체적인 방안을 모색하는데 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The Effects of Literature Instruction Activity using Microteaching on Teaching Skill and Literature Teaching Efficacy of Pre-service Early Childhood Teachers The purpose of this study was to examine effects of literature instruction activity using microteaching on teaching skill and literature teaching efficacy of pre-service early childhood teachers. The education program was provided to 58 students who took children’s literature education for 15 weeks. The difference between before and after the experiment subjects were paired t-test. As a result of study, literature instruction activity using microteaching is applied to the scores before and after the experimental treatment in the experimental treatment improved teaching skills and literature teaching efficacy was significantly higher statistically significant. The results of this study are expected to be basic data for the concrete method of teacher education method for enhancing the performance of instructional pre-service pre-service early childhood teachers.
