영문 초록

International competitiveness means different things to different people because of its multidimensional nature. To address this problem, this paper identifies three main views of international competitiveness based on the level to which the term is applied. This paper examines how each view influences a government’s economic and trade policies, and it argues that how one views international competitiveness has a direct influence on one’s belief in and preference for these policies.
