유아미술 교사교육에 대한 요구 및 교사 재교육에 대한 인식

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사가 인식하는 유아미술 교사교육과 교사 재교육에 대한 요구를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 유아교육기관 교사 191명을 대상으로 하여 질문지를 활용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 교사경력별 교사 재교육에 대한 인식을 분석하 기 위해 빈도분석을 실시하였고, 유아교사의 유아미술 교사교육에 대한 요구를 알아보기 위해 Borich 요구도와 The Locus for Focus 모델을 활용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 유아미술활동내용에 대하여 대부분의 유아교사는 교사교육이 필요하다고 인식 하였으며. 교사교육에서 우선시 되어야 할 내용은 전통예술 감상하기로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사 경력별 교사 재교육에 대한 인식은 경력별로 다르게 나타났다. 연구 결과를 기초로 유아교사들의 요구를 반영한 유아미술 교사교육 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze early childhood teacher s needs about teacher education and reeducation of early childhood art. For this, we conducted survey to ask about those for early childhood teacher in Busan region then collected about 229. The collected dates was analyzed using by frequency analysis, Borich needs analysis and the Locus for Focus model. The results from this are as follows. First, It revealed that most teachers needed teacher education of early childhood art, such as appreciation of traditional art. Second, It revealed that teacher s reeducation needs indicated that there were differences among the career groups. On the basis of the study result, we would like to suggest that the teacher education program should have a customized plan according to teacher s needs and career.
