예비유아교사의 그릿, 자아존중감, 통제소재, 교직인성이 마인드셋에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 그릿, 자아존중감, 통제소재, 교직인성이 마인드셋에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구대상은 유아교육과에 재학 중인 예비 유아교사 215명이며, 수집된 자료는 연구문제에 따라 기술통계, 상관분석, 단계적 회귀분석을 통하여 분석되었다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 예비유아교사의 그릿, 자아존중 감, 통제소재, 교직인성, 마인드셋은 보통수준으로 나타났으며 예비유아교사의 그릿과 성장마인드셋, 자아존중감과 성장마인드셋, 통제소재 성장마인드셋, 교직인성과 성장마인드셋 간에 정적 상관이 있었다. 반면, 예비유아교사의 그릿과 고정마인드셋, 자아존중감과 고정마인드셋, 통제소재와 고정마인드셋, 교직인성과 고정마인드셋 간에 부적 상관이 있었다. 또한, 예비유아교사의 그릿, 자아존중감, 통제소재, 교직인성은 성장마인드셋과 고정마인드셋을 설명하는 변인으로 나타났다. 이는 예비유아교사의 마인드셋을 높이기 위해서는 그릿, 자아존중감, 통제소재, 교직인성의 변인에 주목 해야함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate pre-service child teachers’ impact of grit, self-esteem, locus of control and teacher disposition on the mindset. And this study conducted a questionnaire survey for 216 pre-service child teachers. This study conducted a descriptive statistical research to investigate pre-service child teachers’ grit, self-esteem, locus of control and teacher disposition. The data was analyzed correlation analysis, regression analysis to explore the effect of grit, self-esteem, locus of control and teacher disposition on the mindset. As a result of this study, pre-service child teachers’ grit, self-esteem, locus of control and teacher disposition on the grow mindset were found to be relatively high at the level, but fixed mindset were found to be lower at the level. Second, it was found that there was a high correlation between grit, self-esteem, locus of control and teacher disposition on the mindset. Third, it was found that grit, self-esteem, locus of control and teacher disposition affected the grow and fixed mindset. This suggests that it is necessary to provide individual support by finding out pre-service child teachers with low levels of grit, self-esteem, locus of control, teacher disposition and mindset.
