유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 위험성 감수놀이에 대한 인식: 5W 1H 영역을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아의 위험성 감수놀이에 대한 보다 깊은 이해를 도모하기 위해 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 위험성 감수놀이에 대한 인식을 질적 연구방법을 통해 살펴보았 다. 이를 위해 서울에 소재한 어린이집에 다니는 유아기 자녀를 둔 10명의 어머니를 대상으로 하였다. 2018년 1월 19일부터 2월 5일까지 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였 으며, 수집된 자료는 위험성 감수놀이를 허용하고 금지하는 두 가지의 입장을 5W 1H 영역으로 세분화하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 누가(who), 왜(why), 어떻게(how), 언제 (when), 무엇을(what), 어디에서(where) 위험성 감수놀이를 허용하고 금지하였는지에 대해서 대칭적인 관점을 나타냈다. 이러한 연구결과는 유아교육기관에서 실시하는 부모교육 프로그램에 위험성 감수놀이에 대한 어머니의 관점을 이해하여 보다 구체적인 부모교육과 지원을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

This research was conducted to promote deeper understanding of risk-taking play by studying the perception on risk-taking play of mothers with children in early childhood through qualitative research method. For this, in-depth interview was conducted on 10 mothers who has and sends their children between 3 and 5 years old (international age) to child care located in Seoul. The collected data went through in-depth interviews from 19 January to 5 February 2018 and the collected data were analyzed by dividing the two opposing positions based on 5W 1H. The result showed a symmetric structure of who, why, how, when, what, and where risk-taking play was allowed or prohibited. This study will allow better understanding of the perception mothers have on the parental education program conducted by preschool educational institution, thus allowing more specific education and support.
