플립러닝이 간호대학생의 핵심역량에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 기본간호학실습 교과목을 수강하는 간호대학생 2학년을 대상으로 플립러닝이 간호대학생의 핵심역량에 미치는 효과를 검증하여 간호대학생의 핵심 역량을 높이고 교수학습법 개발에 대한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 시행되었다. 연구 설계는 단일집단 사전·사후 설계(one group pre test-post test design)의 유사실험 연구이며, J 시 소재 1개 대학의 간호대학생 중 기본간호학실습 교과목을 수강하는 학생 77명을 대상으로 하였다. 학습모형은 PRTR모델은 근거로 총 7회 프로그램으로 설계되었으며. 플립러닝의 효과는 생애능력 측정도구를 사용하여 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 서술적 통계, Paired t-test, Cronbach’s α 계수를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 플립러닝 적용 후 간호대학생의 의사소통 능력(t= 0.17 p = .862) 향상에는 효과가 없었으나, 문제해결 능력(t=-2.13, p = .036)과 자기주도적 학습능력(t=-2.53, p = .014)은 향상되었다. 그러므로 플립러닝이 간호학 실습교육에 효과적으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 효과적인 플립러닝 운영을 위해서 다양한 콘텐츠를 개발하여 적용하고, 사전학습의 분량 및 교수법 적용 기간에 따른 효과와 만족도를 확인하는 후속연구를 제언한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of flipped learning on communication, problem solving, and self direct learning competencies in nursing students. Study design was one group pre-post test and participants were 77 nursing students who took the fundamental nursing practice course at D University in J city. The instructional design of flipped learning was a based on PRTR model and 7 lectures were applied. The measurement was used the life competencies tool. Data were analyzed by paired t test with SPSS 22.0. Flipped learning is uneffective in improving communication competence (t= 0.17 p= .862) of nursing students who were taking fundamental nursing practices course, but has improved problem-solving competence (t=-2.13, p=.036) and self-direct learning competence(t=-2.53, p=.014). Flipped learning is therefore considered to be effective in training nursing practice. This study suggested to investigate the effectiveness of flipped learning and learners’ satisfaction according to workloads of prerequisite learning and periods of flipped learning application with more developed contents of flipped learning.
