영문 초록

Several coumarin-3-carboxylates and 3–carboxamides were synthesized and evaluated for their AChE inhib-itory activity. The coumarin analogs were designed through a hybridization approach in which the backbone moiety of ace-tylcholine and the coumarin ring scaffold were connected together with an ester or amide linker. Most coumarin analogs exhibited weak to moderate AChE inhibitory activity. Among 6 tested compounds, 4f exhibited the best result (IC 50 = 17.32 µM).
