영문 초록

The paper defines five attributes purported to be in demand by innovators and innovative organizations, and explores programs that could be utilized to transfer these skills and abilities to tomorrow s workforce under the APEC organization. The five attributes listed in order of importance are ability to learn, leadership, humility, ownership, and technical expertise, and are considered as a critical factor in establishing communities of innovation (COI).
