국문 초록

本論文は松村武雄の􋺷日本童話集􋺸に収録された<日本の部>、<朝鮮の部>、<アイヌの部>を比較分析したものである。1920年代、日本は児童文学の成長期に、児童のための童話集が刊行されて子供たちに大きく注目されるようになったし、松村武雄の􋺷日本童話集􋺸も二十二刷以上の増刷を繰り返すほど人気のある童話集であった。 こうした童話集に日帝强占期という政治的状況が反映されて日本童話だけでなく朝鮮童話、アイヌ童話が収録されて日本童話集という形で出るようになった。こうした政治性は<日本の部>で日本民族の優越性を強調す る􋺷古事記􋺸の神話を収録したことから、特に｢國引｣神話を通じて帝国日本の植民地支配論理を読み取ることができた。また、日本童話の特徴である滑稽的要素と仇討の型の日本固有の童話、印度と朝鮮などからの渡來品で ある童話らをうかがうことができた。<朝鮮の部>では朝鮮は日本に向けた文化の仲介者としての役割を果し、日本の読者が好むことができる朝鮮 の諧謔的な童話と朝鮮的な童話を載せている。虎に関する話や兩班を風刺した話など、朝鮮の文化に慣れていない日本の読者に朝鮮の姿を伝えよう としていることを読み取ることができた。<アイヌの部>では、アイヌ童 話は未開民族、原始文化という当事の認識のそのまま、國造神話をはじめとして収録された童話の大半が原始文化の神と共にしたアイヌの伝統的な 生活ぶりが表れているといえよう。

영문 초록

In this paper, Matsumura Takeo’s “Tales of Japan,” “Tales of Joseon,” “Tales of Ainu” from Japan fairy tales collection were comparatively analyzed. In the 1920s, Japan saw a booming of children’s tales with many publications for children. Matsumura Takeo’s Japan fairy tales collection was one of the most famous tales, which was reprinted over 22 times. The book reflected the political situation of Japanese colonial era in that the contents incorporate not only Japanese but also Joseon and Ainu tales in one book. The colonialist ideology of then imperial Japan was discovered in the “Tales of Japan,” particularly in the myth of Kunibiki which stressed the superiority of Japan. Also, there were jokes and revenge which characterize Japanese tales. “Tales of Joseon” depicted humorous and traditionally Joseon stories, serving as a cultural medium. A story about a tiger or a satirical story about noblemen exhibited Matsumura’s intention to describe Joseon scenes. The “Tales of Ainu” revealed traditional life style of the tribe who believed in God of primitive culture. This reflected Matsumura’s view on the tribe as a primitive and uncivilized people.
