유아교사의 교직윤리의식과 전문성 발달수준 및직무스트레스 간의 관계 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 전문성 발달수준과 직무스트레스 정도를 중심으로 교직윤리의식과의 관계를 파악해보고, 이들이 교직윤리의식에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 2017년 5월 22일부터 6월 9일까지 서울・경기 지역에 근무하고 있는 유아교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종 224부를 대상으로 평균, 표준편차, Pearson 적률 상관계수와 단계적 중다회귀분석을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 유아교사의 전문성 발달수준은 교직윤리의식과 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 유아교사의 직무스트레스는 교직윤리의식과 부적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 유아교사의 전문성 발달수준과 직무스트레스는 교직윤 리의식을 의미 있는 수준으로 예측하고 있었는데, 특히 전문성 발달수준의 하위영역중 ‘지식과 기술발달’과 ‘생태적 발달’, 직무스트레스의 하위 영역 중 ‘대인관계 스트레 스’와 ‘업무관련 스트레스’가 높은 영향력을 나타냈다. 이러한 연구결과는 유아교사의 교직윤리의식을 높이기 위해 전문성의 향상 및 직무스트레스 관리를 위한 프로그램의 개발 및 활용이 중요함을 시시하고 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the level of professional development and job stress and teaching ethics in early childhood teachers, and to examine the influence of these on the teaching ethics. we conducted a questionnaire survey of 224 teachers in Seoul and Kyunggi provinces from May 22 to June 9, 2017. The data were analyzed by means of mean, standard deviation, Pearson s correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows: First, the level of professional development of early childhood teachers was positively correlated with the attitude of professional ethics. Second, the job stress of early childhood teachers had negatively correlated with teaching ethics. Finally, the level of professional development and job stress of early childhood teachers predicted the consciousness of teaching ethics to a meaningful level. Especially, sub – domains of knowledge and technology development and ecological development Interpersonal stress and work related stress were high influences. The results of this study suggest that it is important to develop professionalism and to develop a program for job stress management in order to raise the awareness of teacher ethics of early childhood teachers.
