유아교사 탄력성(Resilience) 연구 동향 분석: 국내 학술지 게재논문을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사 탄력성에 관한 국내연구를 고찰하여 연구 동향을 분석한 후향후 탄력성 관련 연구의 방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구를 위해 2017 년까지 국내에서 학술지에 게재된 총 113편의 유아교사 탄력성 관련 논문을 대상으로 2018년 5월 10일부터 6월 8일까지 수집·분석한 것이다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사의 탄력성에 관한 국내 연구는 2010년 이전에 4편을 시작으로 2014년부터는 급속히 증가하고 있는 추세를 보였다. 둘째, 탄력성의 주제별 동향을 보호요인과 위험요인으로 분석한 결과는 개인의 기질이나 성격 등과 연관된 요인들을 다룬 연구가 다수를 차지하였다. 셋째, 연구방법은 질적연구에 비해 양적연구가 많았으며, 양적연구의 분석은 주로 회귀분석계열 연구가 가장 많았으며, 질적연구는 사례분석 방법이 많은 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 유아교사 탄력성을 측정한 도구는 주로 외국에서 개발한 도구를 국내 연구자가 번안 후 수정하여 사용한 것과 국내 연구자가 개발한 것을 후속 연구자들이 연구대상이나 주제에 따라 수정·보완한 도구가 주를 이루었다. 본 연구 결과 유아교사의 개인적인 기질 및 성격, 인지, 직무환경과 외부환경이 탄력성에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변인임을 확인할 수 있었고, 향후 국내 유아교사의 탄력성 관련 연구의 방향을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to present research directions of future research after analyzing research trends by examining domestic studies on the elasticity of early childhood teachers. For the purpose of this study, we collected and analyzed from May 10 to June 8, 2018 to a total of 113 papers in domestic journals for early childhood teachers which published by 2017. The results of this study are as follows. First, the domestic research on the elasticity of early childhood teachers showed a gradual increase from 2014 with starting from 4 before 2010. Secondly, it was found that most of the protection factors that increase the elasticity of early childhood teachers and the lowering risk factors are related to individual factors related to individual temperament and personality or perception. Third, in the case of the measure of the elasticity of early childhood teachers, the domestic researchers used the scale developed by the scholars of foreign countries after revising and supplementing them, and the researchers developed by the domestic researchers, Supplementary scales were main. Fourth, quantitative research was the most important factor in the research methodology. Qualitative statistical analysis was the most frequently used for regression analysis, and case study was the most used for qualitative research. The results of this study show that the resilience is a significant variable that influences the adaptation of the temperament and personality of the early childhood teachers to the job environment, In the future, the direction of research on resilience of Korean early childhood teachers is suggested.
