대학생의 성찰학습이 다양성 수용정도에 미치는 영향과 협동학습역량의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생들의 성찰학습이 다양성 수용정도에 미치는 영향관계와 두 변인 간 관계에서 협동학습역량이 매개효과를 갖는지 살펴보았다. 연구 검증을 위하여 대한민국 4년제 대학생들을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하였고, 회수된 총 307부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 구체적인 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생들의 성찰학습이 다양성 수용정도에 미치는 영향관계에서 성찰학습 중 성찰변인은 다양성 수용정도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 성찰학습과 다양성 수용정도의 매개역할을 검증한 결과 협동학습역량의 부분매개 역할을 확인하였다. 해당 연구 결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 시사점을 제시하였다. 첫째, 대학 생들은 성찰학습, 다양성 수용정도, 그리고 협동학습역량의 중요성을 인지하고 다음과 같은 역량 강화를 위해 노력해야 한다. 둘째, 대학생의 성찰학습이 협동학습역량을 향상시키고, 궁극적으로 다양성 수용정도를 높인다면, 교육자는 성찰학습을 촉진할 수 있는 교수-학습 방법을 다양하게 계획하여 대학생의 역량을 강화할 수 있는 기회를 제공해야 한다. 셋째, 대학기관에서는 다음과 같은 대학생들의 역량 강화를 위해 제도적, 그리고 환경적인 변화를 이끌어야 한다. 본 연구를 계기로 대학생들의 다양성 수용정도 함양을 위한 개인적 노력 및 조직적 차원의 지원과 변화를 통해 대학생 개인과 대학기관, 교육자와 같은 조직 의 발전이 이루어지기를 기대해본다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the influential relationship of college student`s reflective learning and openness to diversity and the mediating effect of collaborative learning competency. The targets were 4-year-course university students in Korea, and the survey was processed for 6 weeks. The study results were as follows: First, in the relationship of college student`s reflective learning on openness to diversity, the reflection variable had a significant positive effect on openness to diversity. Second, as a result of verifying the mediating role of reflective learning and openness to diversity, collaborative learning competency was confirmed. Based on these results, the following implications were presented: First, university students must be aware of the importances of the competencies and make personal efforts to enhance them. Second, the educators must plan and instruct various teaching-methods and provide opportunities for students to develop those competencies. Lastly, university must bring changes in schematic and environmental dimension.
