국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 관계성 맥락에서 교육실습과정이 예비유아교사의 교직인성함양에 미치는 영향을 탐색하고 이를 토대로 교육실습과정에 대한 개선 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 예비유아교사 12명을 대상으로 교육실습과정에서 경험한 다양한 관계성에 대하여 반성적 저널 쓰기와 심층면담을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사의 실습지도교사와의 관계성을 통한 경험은 내적 인성의 자기조절, 반성적 실천, 사회적 인성의 존중, 의사소통, 협력, 공동체적 인성의 책임감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 원장과의 관계성을 통한 경험은 내적 인성의 반성적 실천, 사회적 인성의 존중, 의사소통, 공동체적 인성의 책임감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비유아교사의 학부모와의 관계성을 통한 경험은 사회적 인성의 존중, 의사소통에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 예비유아교사의 유아와의 관계성을 통한 경험은 내적 인성의 자기조절, 사회적 인성의 존중, 의사소통, 공동체적 인성의 책임감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 예비유아교사의 교직인성 함양을 위한 교육실습과정에 대한 시사점을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of teaching practice process on teaching personality cultivation of pre-kindergarten teachers in the context of the relationship and to suggest ways to improve the teaching practice process for teaching personality cultivation. For this purpose, the participants of this study are 12 students who attend the teaching practice of the pre-kindergarten teacher from April to May in 2017. This study is qualitative research collected data through reflection journals and in-depth interviews focused on the teaching practice process in the context of relationship. The results were as follows. First, the pre-kindergarten teacher s relationship with the instructor s teacher was related to the cultivation of self-control, reflection practice of internal personality, respect, communication, cooperation of social personality, and responsibility of community personality of pre-kindergarten teachers. Second, the pre-kindergarten teacher s relationship with the director was related to the cultivation of reflection practice of internal personality, respect, communication of social personality, and responsibility of community personality of pre-kindergarten teachers. Third, the pre-kindergarten teacher s relationship with the parent was related to the cultivation of respect, communication of social personality. Fourth, the pre-kindergarten teacher s relationship with the infant was related to the cultivation of self-control of internal personality, respect, communication of social personality, and responsibility of community personality of pre-kindergarten teachers. Based on the above findings, it suggested the implications for effective teaching practice process that can cultivate the teaching personality of pre-kindergarten teachers.
