영문 초록

A lot of flecks of quails showed clinical signs such as 20% decrease in egg Production, Paralytic signs, loss of appetite, greenish watery diarrhea, soft shell eggs and discolorized shells, and 30% mortility in Yesan, Chungnam province. The hemagglutination inhibition(HI) titers of the sera submitted from quail flocks at 176, 196 and 216 days of age which were no vaccination to Newcattle disease were 4.7±1.60(log₂), 4.3±1.43(log₂) and 5.0±1.33(log₂), respectively. Newcastle disease viruses from quails which were submitted for diagnostic service at our laboratory were isolated from 2 quails.
