영문 초록
Present study was undertaken for the purpose of clarifying the primary cause of swine parakeratosis. Nine weanling pigs were devided into 3 groups each consisting of three pigs. First group were fed low.zinc with low-fat diet containing 42 ppm of zinc and 3260 mg/100g of unsaturated fatty acids, second group low-fat diet containing 100 ppm of zinc and 3260 mg/100g of unsaturated fatty acids, and third group control diet containing I 00 ppm of zinc and 4860 mg/100g of unsaturated fatty acids for 40 days. After clinical observation for 40 days all of the pigs were slaughtered, and unsaturated fatty acids, zinc, and calcium contents of serum, urine, feces, liver, pancreas, spleen, and skin were measured.
