영문 초록

By using the bovine leukosis virus (BLV) antigens prepared from the culture fluid of BLV persistently infected fetal lamb kidney cells, a modification of complement fixation test was attempted to improve the specificity of the test for measurement of potency of BLV antigen, and efficiency of immunodiffusion test and the modified complement fixation test for detection of BLV antibodies in cattle sera was compared.
