미술심리치료학 분야에서의 자문화기술지 활용에 관한 고찰

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 최근 예술심리치료 분야에서 주목받고 있는 자문화기술지의 미술심리치료학 분야에서의 적용 가능성과 활용에 대해 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 자문화기술지와 미술심리치료학에 대한 문헌검토를 실시하였고 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자문화기술지는 연구 과정을 통해 연구자인 미술심리치료사의 자기 인식의 기회를 제공하여 미술심리치료사의 성장을 돕는 과정을 제공할 수 있다. 둘째, 자문화기술지는 이미지를 자료로 활용하여 미술심리치료만의 창의적인 이미지 탐색 과정을 제공할 수 있다. 셋째, 연구자의 주관성을 개인의 것을 넘어 타자와 사회문화가 반영된 것으로 보는 자문화기술지는 연구자인 미술심리치료사의 자기-내러티브를 통해 미술심리치료에 대한 이해를 폭넓게 할 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해 자문화기술지는 미술심리치료학의 고유성과 특수성을 체계적이고 창의적으로 탐구할 수 있는 연구방법으로서의 활용 가능성이 있음을 시사했다는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the applicability and the practice of autoethnography, which is recently widely recognized in the field of art psychotherapy. For this, the literature review on autoethnography and art psychotherapy was conducted and the results were as follows: First, autoethnograpy provides the opportunity of self-awareness of the art therapist as a researcher in the course. This eventually helps the growth of the art therapist. Second, it can provide the process of searching for creative as an unique feature of art psychotherapy, using images as materials. Third, autoethnograpy, which sees the subjectivity of the researcher as an reflection of others and social culture, beyond the individuality of the researcher, can expand the scope of understanding the art psychotherapy through the self-narrative of the art therapist. The study is meaningful as it suggests autoethnography as a potential research method to explore the uniqueness and specificity of art psychotherapy systematically and creatively.
