국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년의 내적 발달자산과 사회적 지지가 임파워먼트에 미치는 영향에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과의 검증과 함께 일반가정 청소년 집단과 다문화가정 청소년 집단 간의 구조적 관계를 살펴보는데 주된 목적이 있다. 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시한 결과, 청소년의 내적 발달자산과 사회적 지지는 회복탄력성을 매개로 임파워먼트에 직접ㆍ간접 효과를 나타났으며, 다문화가정 청소년과 일반가정 청소년 집단 간에 구조적 관계는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 집단 간 연구모형 검증에서는 다문화가정 청소년 집단에서는 사회적 지지가 회복탄력성을 매개로, 일반가정 청소년 집단에서는 내적 발달자산과 사회적 지지가 회복탄력성을 매개로 임파워먼트에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구의 결과는 회복탄력성에 대한 관심과 교육적 개입이 필요함을 시사하고 있으며, 다문화가정 청소년과 일반가정 청소년의 역량 개발에 필요한 교육적 개입과 상담 프로그램의 개발에 필요한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to the structural relationship of between the empowerment of adolescents, internal development assets and social support through resilience. In order to conduct this research, self-assessment questionnaire survey was conduct for 406 students(multi-cultural family student: 162, general family student: 244) residing in Chungbuk-do. The main results of the study were as follows: (a) The results showed that, internal development assets were found to have indirect effect on empowerment mediated by resilience, but social support were found to have a direct impact on empowerment and indirect effects through resilience. (b) It was found that there were no significant multi-cultural family adolescents, general family adolescents differences in the structural weights while there were significant differences between the empowerment of adolescents, internal development assets and social support through resilience. The result of this study is that the resilience of multi-cultural family adolescents, general family adolescents is a significant parameter of empowerment. In order to promote empowerment, inform them that they must instruct their resilience, to instruct them to properly form a internal development assets and social support.
