요인분석을 이용한 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반 물류 교육과정의 적정성 분석

국문 초록

최근 국가는 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반의 교육과정 운영을 활성화하기 위하여 다양한 정책을 시행하고 있다. 그 일환으로 기업 및 교육기관에 교육비를 지원하여 NCS 기반 교육과정을 운영하도록 하고 있다. 2017년 기준 물류관리 직무는 11개 능력단위와 38개 능력단위 요소가 개발되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 개발된 능력단위와 능력단위 요소를 분석하여 물류 분야 종사자들에게 체계적이고 효율적인 교육과정 운영을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 물류 관련 업무에 종사하는 재직자를 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하여 물류 교육 내용에 대한 수요를 조사하였다. 업종별(운송업, 제조업, 유통업, 주선업, 보관업), 경력 별(10년 미만, 10년 이상) 물류 교육에 대한 수요를 탐색적 요인분석을 사용하여 NCS로 개발된 물류관리 직무와의 적정성을 분석한 결과, NCS 물류관리 직무의 능력단위 구조와 동일한 결과를 나타내는 항목이 전혀 발견되지 않았다. 이와 같은 문제점을 개선하고 물류 관련 업종에 종사하는 재직자를 대상으로 효율적인 교육과정 운영을 위한 다양한 커리큘럼을 제안한다.

영문 초록

Recently, the government of Korea has implemented various policies to promote the operation of curriculum based on National Competency Standard(NCS). As part of these policies, the government supports companies and education institutions with subsidies to operate NCS-based curriculum. As of year 2017, 11 capacity units and 38 competency unit elements have been developed for logistics management tasks. The purpose of this paper is to provide fundamental data for the systematic and efficient curriculum operation to the employees in the logistics field, by analyzing the developed capacity unit and the competency unit elements. I conducted a questionnaire survey on employees who are engaged in logistics-related business and investigated the demand for the contents of logistics education. I analyzed the demand for logistics education according to the types of industries ; transportation, manufacturing, distribution, forwarding, storage, and career duration ; under 10 years, more than 10 years using methodology of exploratory factor analysis. In result, any same result was not found between the competency unit elements of NCS in logistics management and needs of companies. To solve these problems from the differency, I propose various curriculums for the efficient operation of the curriculum for employees in logistics field jobs.
