예비유아교사의 행복플로리시가 학과만족도와 자아탄력성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 학과만족도와 자아탄력성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 행복플로리시로 선정하여 예비유아교사의 행복플로리시에 대한 중요성을 살펴보고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 2013년 4월 부산, 경남 지역에 소재한 예비유아교사 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행한 뒤, 평균, 표준편차, Pearson 적률상관계수, 독립표본 t-검증과 중다회귀분석을 사용하여 응답결과를 분석하였다. 그 결과 예비유아교사의 행복플로리시, 학과만족도, 자아탄력성의 각 변인은 정적 상관이 있었으며, 행복플로리시 상하수준에 따라 학과만족도와 자아탄력성은 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 예비유아교사의 행복플로리시 중 의미와 긍정적 정서는 학과만족도를 20% 설명하는 것으로 나타났으며, 전반적 행복플로리시, 의미, 긍정적 정서는 자아탄력성을 47% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 예비유아교사의 학과만족도와 자아탄력성을 증진시키기 위해서는 예비유아교사의 의미, 긍정적 정서, 전반적 행복플로리시를 포함한 행복플로리시를 증진시키기 위한 노력이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Department Satisfaction and Ego-resilience on the Flourish in pre-service teachers. The subjects of this study were 300 pre-service teachers of university located in B city. Statistical analysis of this study was performed using the SPSS 21.0 program. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the correlation between department satisfaction, ego-resilience, and flourish were significant. Second, high-flourish group felt more powerful correlations between department satisfaction and ego-resilience than did the low-group. Third, the meaning and positive emotion of pre-service teachers were relatively more influential on department satisfaction and the overall wellbeing, meaning and positive emotion of pre-service teachers were relatively more influential on ego-resilience. This suggests that it is necessary to make the efforts to improve the flourish including the meaning, positive emotion, and overall flourish in order to improve the ego-resilience of teacher applicants and the Department Satisfaction.
