영문 초록
The purpose of this study was to investigate the distribution of the physique, muscular strength, antioxidative stress for middle intensity resistance(weight training) training.
The subjects of this study were consisted with 10 adult males. The weight training program of 8 stations performed on 3 circuits, 3day/week.
The subjects of exercise intensity exercised at 55~60% of 1-RM, executing as many repetition as possible in 30 sec, followed by 15sec rest as the subject moved to the rest station the training program.
The result were as follow;
1. Muscle strength increased was significantly in post middle intensity weight training.
2. MDA, catalase and vitamin-E decreased was significantly in post middle intensity weight training.
3. Phospholipid and CK decreased was significantly in post middle intensity weight training.
It was concluded that weight training of 55~60%HRmax intensity is a good general conditioning activity, that more exercise participator hoped to take part in this paper method.
