대학 진학 준비 e-멘토링 프로그램에 대한 참여자들의 만족도 조사

국문 초록

장애고등학생들의 성공적인 고등교육으로의 전환을 위해 본 연구는 장애고등학생들의 대학 진학준비를 돕고자 대학 진학 준비 e-멘토링 프로그램을 개발 및 시행한 후 프로그램에 참여한 모든 참가자들의 만족도를 조사하였다. 프로그램 참가자들은 서울 및 경기 지역에 위치한 일반학급 및 특수학급에 재학 중인 16명의 멘티 장애고등학생들과 서울 및 경기 지역에 위치한 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 16명의 멘토 장애대학생들이었다. e-멘토링 프로그램을 마친 후 장애고등학생들과 장애대학생들에게 만족도 설문지 및 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 만족도 설문지를 분석한 결과, 프로그램에 참여한 멘티 및 멘토 참가자들은 e-멘토링 프로그램에 만족하였다. 구체적으로 멘티 장애고등학생들은 ‘장애대학생들이 자신들의 질문 또는 의견에 적절한 답변 및 반응을 보여 주었다‘라는 문항에서 만족도가 가장 높았던 반면에, 멘토 장애 대학생들은 ‘멘토링을 통해 멘티 뿐 아니라 본인도 얻은 바가 있다’라는 문항에서 만족도가 가장 높았다. 인터뷰 분석한 결과에서는 멘토-멘티와의 관계 및 매칭, 프로그램 내용, 전자 멘토링 주제 중심으로 논의되었다.

영문 초록

In order to help high school students with disabilities successfully move into higher education, this study was designed to examine to what extent mentors and mentees were satisfied with the college preparation e-mentoring program they had participated in. The participants were comprised of 16 high school students with disabilities and 16 college students with disabilities. The sixteen high school students with disabilities were recruited as mentees from general high schools with special classrooms as well as special high schools located in Seoul and Kyeonggi-do, while the sixteen college students with disabilities were recruited as mentors from 4-year colleges located in Seould and Kyeonggi-do. After the e-mentoring program was implemented, they were given the mentoring satisfaction survey and the interviews. The results of the obtained satisfaction surveys showed that both mentors and mentees were satisfied with the e-mentoring program. Specifically, while mentees felt most satisfied with the question, “my mentor showed appropriate responses to my questions”, mentors were highly satisfied with the question, “I think I gained psychosocial growth through e-mentoring program like mentees did.” The findings from the interviews with mentors and mentees focused on the around the topics of mentor-mentee matching, program contents, and e-mentoring.
