국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 인천지역의 특성에 맞는 특목고 및 자사고 설치의 적절성을 탐 색하며, 특목고 및 자사고 수요를 분석하여 인천지역의 균형적인 배치와 효율적인 학교 운영 모형을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해 인천지역 특목고 및 자사고 수요 및 학교운영 모형 탐색 설문지를 조사하고 학교 운영 방안 도출을 위한 관련 집단 요구분석 실시하였다. 그리고 인천지역 특목고와 자사고 수요 및 발전방안을 탐색하기 위해 선행연구 분석과 교장·교감, 부장교사, 교사, 교육청 관 계자, 학부모, 행정실장, 시 공무원 등을 대상으로 한 요구분석 결과 등을 토대로 영 역별 발전방안(특목고 및 자사고의 설립 방안, 합리적인 학생선발 및 납입금의 적 정화, 교육과정 운영의 자율성 확대, 유연성 있는 교원인사제도의 운영, 학교운영 등)을 제시하여 인천지역 고교 발전에 유익한 정보를 제공할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purposes of this paper are to investigate validity of establishment for special purpose high school and self-governance private school in Incheon district, and provide basic resources for balanced arrangement and effective school establishment model. For these purposes, a questionnaire was made up for the demand and development plan of special purpose high school and self-governance private school in Incheon district, and conducted needs analysis. In this study, It was suggested useful basic resources for the development plan(establishment plan, rational student selection and reasonable tuition, autonomy of curriculum management, personnel management, school administration, etc.) of special purpose high school and self-governance private school in Incheon district.
