중학생의 정서문제와 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 교우관계의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 중학생의 삶의 만족에서 정서문제와 교우관계가 어떠한 요인으로 작용하는지를 규명하여 중학생의 삶의 만족을 향상시키기 위한 개입 방안의 토대를 마련하고자 수행하였다. 이를 위해 아동․청소년 패널조사(KCYPS)의 초 4 패널 제 5차 (2014)년도 자료인 중학교 2학년 2070명의 자료를 대상으로 정서문제, 교우관계, 삶의 만족도 간의 구조모형을 구성하고 2017년 12월에 분석하였다. 연구결과 모든 변수 간의 경로계수가 통계적으로 유의하였으며 정서문제, 교우관계, 삶의 만족도 간의 부분매개모형이 검증되었다. 종합적으로 살펴보면, 첫째, 정서문제는 교우관계와 부적 상관, 교우관계는 삶의 만족도와 정적상관, 정서문제는 삶의 만족과 부적 상관이 있는것으로 나타났다. 이는 정서적으로 문제가 있으면 교우관계가 저하되고, 교우관계가 향상될 때 삶의 만족이 높아지며 정서적인 문제는 삶의 만족을 저하시킨다는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 정서문제는 삶의 만족에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 교우관계를 부분매개로 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 정서문제가 삶의 만족에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐 아니라 교우관계를 매개로 삶의 만족에 간접적으로 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서 시사점과 제한점 및 추후 연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

This research is executed to make an intervention plan for satisfying middle school students lives by identifying how an emotional problems and friendship affect in their lives. Based on a data of 2070 second year middle school students from the fifth KCYPS(2014) on fourth grader panel data, we constructed and analyzed a structural model of emotional problems, friendship and life satisfaction in December 2017. It keeps statistically path-coefficients between all variables following the research and also it proves partial parameter model among emotional problems, friendship and life satisfaction. Synthetically, first, emotional problem has a negative correlation with friendship. Friendship has a positive correlation with life satisfaction. Emotional problem has a negative correlation with life satisfaction. It means that if something wrong happens mentally, friendship is declined. If friendship is improved, friendship is also improved and emotional problems worsens life satisfaction. Second, emotional problems affect directly to life satisfaction and also friendship as a partial parameter. This means that emotional problems affect life satisfaction directly and even friendship can indirectly affect life satisfaction. Based on these results, the research makes a suggestion for limitations and points for further research.
