간호대학생의 동 학년 동료 교수학습을 적용한 기본간호학실습 경험

국문 초록

본 연구는 기본간호학실습을 하는 간호대학생에게 동 학년 동료 교수학습을 적용하고, 이에 대한 학습 경험을 탐구하고자 하였다. 연구 참여자는 일 개 지역의 간호 대학생 43명으로, 자료수집 기간은 2017년 9월 19일부터 12월 14일까지이며, 자료 분석은 질적내용분석(qualitative content analysis)을 사용하였다. 분석 결과, ‘사전 학습의 유익함’, ‘수업에서의 만족감’, ‘학습방법에 대한 어려움’, ‘수업에서의 부족함을 인식함’이라는 5개의 주제가 도출되었다. 본 연구 결과, 간호대학생에게 동 학년 동료 교수학습은 수업의 이해도와 술기 수행능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 능동적인 학습방법임을 알 수 있었다. 이는 전문직 간호사로서의 역할 수행을 위해 필수적인 실습교육에 동 학년 동료 교수학습 적용을 위한 기초자료가 될 것이며, 학습방법에 대한 어려움과 수업에서의 부족함을 보완하여 학습효과를 극대화해야할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to apply the teaching methods of same-age-tutoring to nursing students with basic fundamental nursing practice, and to explore the learning experience. Participants were 43 nursing students from 1 university. Data collection period was from September 19, 2017 to December 14, 2017, and qualitative content analysis was used for data analysis. As a result of the analysis, five themes such as Advantage of prior learning , Satisfaction in class , Difficulty in learning method , Recognition of insufficiency in class were derived. The results of this study show that same-age-tutoring is an active learning method for nursing students to improve their understanding of the lesson and the performance of skills. It should maximize the learning effect by supplementing the difficulties in the learning method and the weakness in the class.
