한국판 자기통제 및 자기관리 도구(K-SCMS) 타당화 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 Mezo(2009)가 개발한 자기통제 및 자기관리 척도(Self-Control and Self-Management Scale: SCMS)를 타당화하기 위하여 타당도 및 신뢰도를 검증하고자 하였다. 원 척도를 타당화하기 위하여 대학생을 365명을 대상으로 자기통제 및 자기관리(SCMS), 인지적 정서조절전략(K-CERQ), 공감(IRI), 우울(CES-D)으로 구성된 설문지를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 SPSS 21.0과 Mplus 7.1 프로그램을 이용하였고, 척도의 타당도를 확인하기 위해 구성타당도, 수렴타당도 및 문항의 내적 일치도를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 확인적 요인 분석 모형의 접합도 지수는 x²=204.009(df=98, p<.001.), TLI=.945, CFI=.933, SRMR=.052, RMSEA=.054 으로 본 연구의 구조모형은 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 인지적 정서조절전략(K-CERQ), 공감능력(IRI)과는 정적인 상관관계를 우울(CES-D)과는 부적인 상관관계를 보여주는 것으로 나타나 양호한 수렴타당도로 확인되었다. 마지막으로 K-SCMS의 전체 내적 합치도는 .881로 높게 나타났고, 하위요인들의 내적합치도는 .757∼.800 의 범위를 보여 각 요인 내 문항 간 동질성이 입증되었다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 한국판 자기통제 및 자기관리 척도가 비교적 신뢰롭고 타당한 척도임을 확일 할 수 있었으며, 향후 국내 SCMS 연구를 촉진하는데 있어 연구결과를 적용하고 이해하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This study is attempted to verify its validity and reliability, in order to justify use ofthe Self-Control and Self-Management Scale (SCMS) developed by Mezo (2009). To confirm the legitimacy of the scale, a survey consisting of items in SCMS, K-CERQ, IRI, and CES-D has been conducted on the subjects of 610 college students. The analysis of collected data was done using SPSS 21.0 and Mplus 7.1, and the construct validity, convergent and criterion-related validity, and internal consistency were also analyzed to check for the scale validity. The results have ensured the construct validity and convergent and criterion-related validity of the tool, while showing that its internal consistency was satisfactory. This study has convincingly proven that the Korean-made scale of SCMS is a rather trustworthy and valid tool, and we expect them to aid in promotion of future domestic researches on SCMS, and its use in application and comprehension of the results.
