This study is to analyze the impact on the job burnout and organizational committment according to the recognition of emotional labor of the Taekwondo coach to provide a better working environment for coach and to be useful to a management of Taekwondo. The coach participating in Taekwondo leadership training was selected the population as the subjects of this study and a total of 280 questionnaires were distributed and a total of 263 questionnaires were then collected for use in study. First, for the effect on job burnout caused by the emotional labor of Taekwondo coach, the emotional labor and loss of a sense of accomplishment showed a significant effect in surface acting, and it was found that emotional labor have significant effect on deep acting. Second, for the effect on organizational committment caused by the emotional labor of the coach, it was found that the emotional labor have a significant influence on the deep acting in the organizational commitment. Third, for the effect on organization s committment caused by the job burnout, it showed that the job burnout has significant influence on the acting in the organizational commitment.
