영문 초록

Embryo and ovule culture was carried out to investigate a suitable condition for growth and germination of young hybrid embryos between soybeans as female and a wild perennial relative G. tomentella. Hybrid pods and ovules were readily distinguished from the selfed in their small, wrinkled appearance. Hybrid embryos developed at least up to globular to heart stage. B5 medium supplemented with 0.1mg/ℓ IBA plus 0.25mg/ℓ 2-iP was effective for maturation and germination of hybrid embryos. Ovules were matured in IBA, 2-iP, BAP supplemented medium and were germinated in the same medium as used in embryo development.
