교육봉사활동을 통한 예비체육교사의 반성 경험과 교육적 의미 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 교육봉사활동을 통한 예비체육교사의 반성 경험과 그것이 함의 하고 있는 교육적 의미를 탐색하는 것에 목적을 두고 다섯 명의 예비체육교사를 대상으 로 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 이를 위해 인터뷰와 현장 노트, 체험 수기 등을 수 집하고 귀납적으로 분석하여 그 의미를 파악하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 예비체육교사 들은 교육봉사활동을 통해 이론과 실제에 대한 만사불통 즉, 실천이 갖는 탈이론적 현장 맥락을 경험하였다. 이들은 자신들이 습득한 이론이 현장에서 일어나는 일들을 설명하는데 한계가 있음을 반성하였다. 둘째, 현장에서 일어나는 일들은 그것을 그 것답게 만드는 맥락적 절차가 있음을 경험하였다. 이들은 대도유문 즉, 일상의 사소 한 절차와 방법들이 어떤 일을 하는데 빠질 수 없는 것들임을 반성적으로 경험하였 다. 셋째, 참여성장 즉, 참여를 통한 배움을 경험하였다. 예비체육교사들은 교육봉사 활동이라는 특수한 맥락에서 다양한 일들에 참여하며 교사로서의 삶을 직·간접적으 로 경험하였다. 이러한 경험은 현장에서 일어나는 일들의 현장 타당성에 대해 깊이 있는 반성을 가능하게 하였다. 본 연구는 교육봉사활동이 반성적 전문인으로서의 체 육교사를 양성하는데 도움이 되는 프로그램으로 자리 잡기 위해서는 이론교육과 경 험교육의 균형이 중요하며 이를 위해서 사범대학 교사교육자들의 각별한 관심이 요 구됨을 강조하고 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to describe on the experiences of the pre-service teacher s reflection through educational volunteering and educational meaning. for this, five pre-service P.E teachers were selected and collected data of interviews and field note for analyzing. As a result, three category of experiences were generated. the first is that the pre-service P.E teachers experienced practical contexts which named everythings not possible about theory and practice. they reflected that the limitation of explanation on the what happened in the field. Second, they experienced the context and process in the field that does it makes itself. they reflected the way of reason why which thins of the methods and trifle matters can t be excepted in the daily work. third, they experienced that the participation and learning for grow up . they reflected and experienced direct and in-direct that the participate in variety tasks of work as the real life of physical education teacher. it makes be possible understand on the practical propriety through this kinds of experiences. this study is emphasizing the significance of the teaching training, considering the an aspects of the educational volunteering program must be balance between theory and practice. for this it need be intentional rethink are required for the teacher education educators.
