국문 초록

이 연구는 학교폭력을 근절하고 폭력행동의 원인을 규명하기 위하여 학교폭력 가해자의 심리를 고찰하고 가해자 유형을 분석하였다. 학교폭력 가해자는 자아존중감의 문제로 질투심이나 좌절감을 느끼고 이를 표출하는 행동장애로서 폭력행위를 한다. 구체적으로 자기애성 행동장애와 경계성 행동장애를 가진 경우 학교폭력을 행사할 가능성이 높아진다. 학교폭력 가해자 유형은 학교폭력 쾌감형, 스트레스 발산형, 학교 폭력 정당화형, 학교폭력 후회형, 냉담 놀이형, 전능감(全能感) 추구형, 학교폭력 노출 공포형 등 7가지로 제시하였다. 각 유형에 대한 이해는 학교폭력 가해자에 대한 교육을 보다 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있게 한다. 공통적인 지도방법으로써 도덕적 공감 능력을 기르고, 긍정적인 대인관계를 경험하도록 하는 것이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The aims of this study is to exterminate and find out the reason of school-violence by analysing the psychological characteristics of bullies and the bullies’ types. Generally, because the school bullies have the problems in self-esteem, they feel ‘jealousy’ and ‘frustration’. They cause school-violence through behavior disorder. Concretely, borderline behavior disorder and narcissistic behavior disorder are more likely to cause the school-violence. The types of school-violence bullies would be classified into seven forms; ‘enjoy violence’, ‘stress solution’, ‘rationable violence’, ‘sorry to violence’, ‘play cold’, ‘the ruling class’, ‘bullying by fear’. The understanding of these forms makes it easy to educate the bullies for teachers and parents. And it may lead to early intervention and treatment.
