반성적 수업을 통한 중등예비체육교사들의 사고유형과 씨름의 메타인지 지식 형성

국문 초록

이 연구는 반성적 수업을 통해 중등예비교사들의 사고 유형은 어떠한 가와 씨름에서의 메타인지 지식들은 무엇인지에 대해 내부적인 관점에서 심층적으로 이해하고 분석함과 동시에 보다 효과적인 교사교육프로그램을 향상 및 발달시키는데 그 목적이 있다. 이 연구를 위해 5명을 연구 참여자로 선정하였으며 심층면담, 참여관찰, 문서자료를 바탕으로 자료를 수집하였다. 또한 Spradley(1979)가 제시한 영역분석, 분류분석, 성분분석을 통해 중등예비교사의 사고유형과 씨름의 메타인지 지식 형성으로 개념화하여 연구결과를 도출하였다. 연구결과, 반성적 수업을 통한 중등예비교사의 사고유형은 크게 2가지 ‘기술 및 전술적 반성’, ‘정책적․문화적 반성’으로 범주화 되었다. 또한 씨름에 대한 중등예비 교사들의 메타인지 지식은 ‘게임수행 의사결정 지식’, ‘공격 패턴을 만드는 지식’, ‘수비 패턴을 만드는 지식’으로 범주화되었다. ‘게임수행 의사결정 지식’에는 ‘불확실성 만들기’, ‘상대방의 패턴 읽기’, ‘긍정적 심상 형성’으로 나타났으며, ‘공격 패턴을 만드는 지식’에는 ‘공격기술 개발 및 루틴 형성하기’, ‘개별화된 전략’, ‘수비 패턴을 만드는 지식’에는 ‘맞춤형 수비강화’, ‘틈새 찾기’로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore reflective thinking styles of the middle pre-service teachers and meta-cognitive knowledge in Ssireum. Reflective thinking is alternative to improve and solve out the problems of teacher’s education. The researchers selected 5 participants by purposeful sampling. For data collection in-depth interview self-reflective question documents data e-mail and telephone contact were used. For data analysis domain analysis taxonomic analysis and componential analysis were conducted. Validity and reliability of the data analysis were obtained from review and triangulation with participants. The researchers founded that there were two styles of reflective thinking styles: ‘technical & tactical reflection’ ‘political & cultural reflection’ Meta-cognitive Knowledge in Ssireum turned out ‘game execution decision-making knowledge’ ‘knowledge to make an attack pattern’ ‘knowledge to make an defense pattern’
