국문 초록

국가 간 교류 확대와 기후변화 등으로 감염병의 국내유입도 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 또한 사회적 환경변화로 감염병 발생 가능성의 증가에 대한 국민적 관심과 불안은 크게 증가하고 있다. 이러한 감염병 발생은 경제에도 심각한위협이 되고 있으므로 감염병 예방과 확산 방지를 위한 다각적인 노력이 필요하다. 현재 많은 의료 기관에서는 전염병이 발생했을 때, 질병관리본부 등 상급 기관으로의 신속한 보고가 매우 중요하며 또한 일반 환자와 감염된 의심환자를 공간적으로 나누는 시설이 여의치 않아 병원 내에서 감염이 확대될 위험성이 높은 편이다. 본 연구에서는감사원의 중동증후군(MERS)의 감사 결과를 토대로 감염병 발생 보고, 감염자의 분리 방법 및 감염 확대를 막는 방법 등을 고찰하여 예방 및 확산 방지를 위한 개선방안에 대해서 연구하였다.

영문 초록

The inflow of infectious diseases is increasing due to the expansion of exchanges between countries and climate change. The public concern and anxiety about the increase of the possibility of infectious disease due to the social environment changeare increasing greatly.These pandemics are a serious threat to the economy. Hence, multifaceted efforts are required to preventthem from spreading.In many hospitals, it is very important to promptly report infectious diseases, such as the CDC, wheninfectious diseases occur. In addition, it is difficult to separate general patients and suspected infected patients in thesefacilities, so there is a high risk of infection spreading within them. The paper presents the improvements of prevention andnonproliferation by researching the occurrence of infectious diseases, the method of separating infected patients, and themethods of preventing infectious diseases based on the audit results of MERS of the Board of Audit and Inspection.
