국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 전문대학생이 지각한 사회적 지지, 진로결정수준, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로준비행동 간의 구조적 관계와 직·간접효과를 규명하는 것으로, 부산광역시 소재 2개 전문대학생 663명을 대상으로 사회적 지지, 진로결정수준, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로준비행동 검사를 실시하여 구조방정식모델 절차에 따라 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문대학생이 지각한 사회적 지지와 진로결정자기효능감은 진로준비행동 에 직접효과가 있고 진로결정수준은 진로준비행동에 직접효과가 없다. 둘째, 전문대학 생이 지각한 사회적 지지는 진로결정수준, 진로결정자기효능감에 직접효과가 있다. 셋째, 전문대학생이 지각한 사회적 지지는 진로결정수준을 매개로 진로준비행동에 직접 효과가 없다. 넷째, 전문대학생이 지각한 사회적 지지는 진로결정자기효능감을 통해 진로준비행동에 간접효과가 있다. 이러한 결과를 통해 전문대학생의 진로준비행동을 촉진시키기 위해서는 사회적 지지의 개입이 중요하며, 부모, 가족, 교수, 친구, 취업교 육지원센터의 컨설턴트, 대학상담센터의 상담원 등 관련인의 사회적 지지망을 확대할 필요가 있음을 시사 받을 수 있다. 또한 사회적 지지가 약하더라도 학생상담센터와 취업교육지원센터에서 진로결정수준과 진로결정자기효능감을 높일 수 있는 프로그램을 개발 및 지원하여 진로준비행동을 향상시킬 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study is to investigate the structural relationship among social support, career decision-making level, career decision-making self-Efficacy and career preparation behavior of college students. Conclusions from the results and the discussion are as follows. First, social support, career decision-making level, affect career preparation behavior of college students directly, and social support, career decision-making self-efficacy, career preparation behavior of college students directly. Second, career decision-making self-efficacy of college students have a direct influence on career preparation behavior, but career decision-making level of college students have no direct influence on career preparation behavior. Third, social support of college students have an indirect influence on career preparation behavior through career decision-making self-efficacy. Fourth, social support, affect of college students have a direct influence on career preparation behavior through career decision-making level and career preparation behavior. These results suggest that career preparation behavior of college students is affected by social support, career decision-making level and career decision-making self-efficacy. In order to improve to college students career preparation behavior, it is important to strengthen social support, career decision-making level, and career decision-making self-efficacy.
