딜레마토론을 활용한 NCS 기반 직업윤리 프로그램에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 전문직 윤리의 관점에서 간호대학생들의 윤리 도덕성을 높일 수 있는 NCS 기반 직업윤리 교육 프로그램에 딜레마토론을 활용하여 그 변화를 살펴보았다. 연구를 위하여 2015년 3월부터 6월까지 경기도 소재 간호학과에서 진행된 직업윤리 수업에 참여한 167명의 총 4개반 학생을 대상으로 자료가 수집되었다. 먼저 도덕판단력(DIT)검사에서는 39%에 해당하는 65명의 학생들이 P(%)점수에서 향상되는 결과를 보였다. 또한 도덕적 자아의 발달특징을 살펴보는 질적사례연구에서는 개인집중단계, 동료집중단계, 사회집중단계인 3단계로 구분되어 명명화 하였다. 각 단계는 보다 상위의 단계로 갈수록 전문의료직업인으로서 느껴야 하는 책임감이나 관계적 측면에서 확장되는 양상을 보였다. 먼저 개입집중단계의 특징은 자기보호적인 성격이 강하고, 전문의료직업인으로서의 사회적 위치나 책임감에 대한 인식이 부족하여 그 범위를 스스로에게 작게 적용시키는 경향을 보였다. 다음으로 동료집중단계에서는 딜레마토론 상황에서 행동을 선택하고 그 선택에 대한 근거를 찾을 때 평소 자신이 중요하다고 인식했던 개인적인 가치보다는 의료인이 규정한 가치와 규범이 더 중요한 부분을 차지하는 양상을 보였다. 마지막으로 사회집중단계에서는 그 이전 단계인 동료집중단계에서 보였던 직업정체감과 집단의 가치 및 규범에 대해 자신의 성찰과 비판이 이루어진다는 점이 가장 특징적인 부분이었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is 1) to implement dilemma discussion program in educational setting class of nursing student(169 participants) and 2) to analyze the effects of the program on nursing students’ moral reasoning ability and moral identity. On the result, 65 students(39%) in DIT(Defining Issues Test) showed improvements in P(%) score. And on the qualitative analysis, which to research on the moral identity developments, three stages were to revealed: the individualistic stage, the fellow concentration stage and the social concentration stage. On each stage, participants, as a health professionals, showed more responsibilities and relationships expansion as higher the level increased. In the individualistic stage, participants were strong on self-protection and were short of their responsibilities as a health professionals which led to focus mainly on the issues of their own interests and individual’s goals. Individuals in the fellow concentration stage, rather sought for values and rules in the health professionals’ guidance than their own perspectives in solving Dilemma discussion. Participants in social concentration stage, were significantly notified by having self introspections and critics on their job professionalism and/or on the values of seeking solutions in their health guidances on the Dilema issues.
