국문 초록

본 연구는 효과적인 통합교육 지원 체계 마련을 위해 통합교육을 받고 있는 장애학생의 부모들을 대상으로 통합교육에 대한 만족도를 측정할 수 있는 모형 및 요인을 탐색해 보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 첫째, 통합교육 만족도를 측정할 수 있는 모형은 무엇인가? 둘째, 통합교육 만족도를 측정할 수 있는 요인은 무엇인가? 라는 연구문제를 설정하였다. 본 연구는 서비스 만족 이론과 교육 만족도에 관한 이론적 고찰을 통해 통합교육 만족도를 측정할 수 있는 모형과 요인을 탐색하였다. 본 연구의 결과 무형적인 서비스 품질의 속성을 측정하기 위해 개발된 Kano 모형이 통합교육 만족도 측정에 적합한 것으로 탐색 되었고, Kano 모형에 따라 기본요인, 성과요인, 감동요인으로 학부모들의 통합교육 만족도를 측정할 수 있는 것으로 분석되었으며, 통합교육 만족도 측정을 위한 87개의 요인을 추출하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the model and factor for evaluating the level of satisfaction on integrative education targeting the handicapped students’ parents who are currently taking integrative education in elementary school to arrange the effective system for integrative education support. To achieve the purpose of the study, the following research tasks are posed. First, what is the model for evaluating the level of satisfaction on integrative education? Second, what is the factor for evaluating the level of satisfaction on integrative education ? To do this, through theoretical investigation on the theory of service satisfaction and education satisfaction, the evaluation model and factor of service satisfaction for measuring the level of satisfaction on integrative education were investigated. As a result of the study, the model Kano, which was designed to measure the attribute of immaterial service quality, was proved to be suitable for evaluating the level of satisfaction on integrative education. Also, Kano model consists of basic factors, performance factors and emotion factors, which were analyzed to be able to measure the school parents’ level of satisfaction on integrative education. Therefore, through this study, 87 factors were extracted to measure the level of satisfaction on integrative education.
