국문 초록

본 연구에서는 SWOT 분석법을 활용하여 사이버가정학습 내부 역량의 강점 요인과 약점 요인, 외부 환경의 기회와 위협 요인을 분석하고 SWOT 분석 매트릭스 (matrix)를 활용함으로써 사이버가정학습 활성화 전략 및 방안을 탐색하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 결론을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사이버가정학습을 활성화시키기 위해서는 내부 역량 요인의 강점/약점 요인과 외부 역량 요인의 기회/위협 요인을 잘 분석해야 한다. 둘째, 사이버가정학습을 실제적 운영하는 튜터의 성별, 튜터 지원 동기, 튜터 담당 교과 등 튜터 배경변인별로 차별화된 사이버가정학습 활성 화 방안을 모색해야 한다. 본 연구의 결론을 토대로 제언을 하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구에서 제시한 내부 및 외부 역량 요인 외에 사이버가정학습을 활성화하기 위해 필요한 내부 및 외부 역량 요인을 좀 더 탐색할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 사이버가정학습 활성화에 영향을 미치는 요인을 정확하게 탐색하기 위해서 회귀분석(regression analysis) 통계 방법을 도입할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the developmental strategies and methods of using the SWOT analysis matrix and to analyze the internal factors (strength and weakness) and external factors (opportunity and threat) of the cyber home learning system through SWOT Analysis. The findings of this study are as follows. First, the internal factors (strength and weakness) and external factors (opportunity and threat) ofthe cyber home learning system should be analyzed to activate the cyber home learning system. Second, differentiating methods of using the cyber home learning system should be explored according to the tutor s background variables (sex, application motive, subject, etc.) The suggestions based on the study are as follows: First, other internal factors (strength and weakness) and external factors (opportunity and threat) offer cyber home learning system, except factors in this study, need to be explored. Second, regression analysis is needed to explore which factors exactly influence the revitalization of the cyber home learning system.
