전문계 고등학교 부적응학생의 학교적응력 향상을 위한 진로멘토링 집단상담 프로그램개발

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 전문계 고등학교 부적응 학생이 멘토를 통해 직업세계에 대한 실질적이고 구체적인 진로지도를 받음으로써 진로성숙도를 높여 궁극적으로 학교적응력을 향상시킬 수 있는 진로 멘토링 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 프로그램의 개발을 위해서 프로그램개발 전문가인 교수와 박사과정 연구원 각1인이 참여하였고, 개발된 프로그램의 현장적용을 위해 전문계 고등학교 현장교사 1인 등 총 3인이 공동으로 연구를 실시했다. 요구조사, 프로그램구안, 프로그램실시, 효과검증의 단계를 통해 프로그램을 개발하였다. 경상도 M전문계 고등학교 학교부적응 학생 14명을 통제집단과 실험집단에 각 7명씩 무선 배정하여 프로그램을 적용하였다. 배숙진(1998)의 학교생활적응 검사지를 사용하여 검증한 결과 프로그램에 참가한 학생들의 학교적응력 하위요인인 교사관계, 교우관계, 학교수업, 학교규칙에서 모두 유의한 효과를 나타냈다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop career mentoring group counseling program to enhance school adjustability of maladjusted students in occupational high school. In order to develop counseling program, a professor who was program development professional and a graduated school student who is doctor\ s course participated in this study. To apply this program into school site, a teacher who was in occupational high school performed this counseling program. Career mentoring group counseling program was developed through the next following steps. Need analysis, program construction, program application, and verification of program\ s effect. The subject of the study were consisted of the experimental and control groups by 7 students respectively in M occupational high school, Kyungsangdo, Korea. 10 sessions of the career mentoring group counseling program were carried to the experimental group for 60 minutes each. The result of this experiment, the school adjustability scores of the experimental group were statically more increased than that of the control group. It was proved that the program revealed great effects on enhancement of the school adjustment. Based on the results of this study, there should be enough considerations of providing maladjusted students with various group counseling programs in occupational school.
