국문 초록

이 연구는 초등교사의 체육수업 전문성과 지도가치신념 및 수업반성의 인과 관계를 분석하여 실증적으로 구명하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 인천과 경기 지역의 초등교사를 대상으로 군집무선표집방법을 통해 296명을 선정하였다. 조사도구로서 체육수업 전문성은 김현식(2011)의 설문지, 지도가치신념은 박경석(2009)의 설문지, 수업반성은 이금선(2008)의 설문지를 각 척도별로 수정?보완하여 요인분석을 실시한 후 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS+19.0과 Amos18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 상관관계와 공변량구조분석 (covariance structure analysis)을 하였다. 이에 따른 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등 교사의 체육수업 전문성은 지도가치신념 및 수업반성과 유의한 정적 상관 관계가 있다. 둘째, 초등교사의 체육수업에 대한 전문성은 체육수업 지도가치신념에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 초등교사의 체육수업에 대한 지도가치신념은 수업반성에 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 초등교사의 체육수업 전문성은 수업반성에 직접적인 영향은 미치지 않는다. 그러나 지도가치신념이라는 매개 변인을 통해 간접적인 영향을 미친다. 즉 지도가치신념은 체육수업 전문성과 수업반성사이에서 완전한 매개효과가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the causality between expertise for PE, teaching belief and reflection on teaching class of elementary teacher. The instrument for data collection was the questionnaire in which expertise for PE as identified by Kim(2011), teaching belief as identified by Park(2009), and reflection an teaching class as identified by Lee(2008). A total of 296 subjects from elementary teachers in Incheon and Kyonggi areas by the cluster sampling method answered to given questionnaires. Data analyses consisted of employing descriptive statistics, factor analysis, correlation and covariance structure analysis using SPSS/PC＋ 19.0 and AMOS 18.0 for WINDOWS. The result of this study are as follow. First the relationship between expertise for PE, teaching belief and reflection on teaching class were the casual relation. Second expertise for PE statistically and significantly influences teaching beliefs. Third teaching belief statistically and significantly influences reflection on teaching class. Forth expertise for PE statistically and significantly doesn t influence reflection on teaching class. That is, teaching belief has complete a mediated effect between expertise for PE and reflection on teaching class.
