대학생의 진로정체감과 진로탄력성에 따른 군집유형과 진로성숙도와의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 진로정체감과 진로탄력성이 어떠한 관계를 갖고 있으며, 어떠한 특성으로 군집화가 되는지를 알아보는데 일차적인 목적을 두고, 군집유형에 따른 성별, 학년별 차이를 살펴보고, 진로성숙도에는 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 규명 하는데 목적이 있었다. 이러한 목적을 위해 대학생을 대상으로 온라인 조사를 실시하였으며, 577개의 자료를 최종 분석하였다. 분석 방법으로 군집분석, 교차분석, 일원변량분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 군집분석 결과 총 4개의 군집유형으로 분류되었으며, 군집 1은 진로정체감이 진로탄력성 보다 높아 ‘진로정체감 형성 집단’으로, 군집 2는 진로정체감과 진로탄력성이 모두 높아 ‘진로 발달 집단’으로, 군집 3은 진로정체감과 진로탄력성이 모두 낮아 ‘진로 혼미 집단’으로, 군집 4는 진로탄력성이 진로정체감 보다 높아 ‘진로탄력성 형성 집단’으로 명명하였다. 둘째, 교차분석 실시결과, 4개 군집유형은 성별과 학년별 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 군집별 진로성숙도의 차이를 알아본 결과, 진로정체감과 진로탄력성이 모두 높은 군집 2인 ‘진로 발달 집단’의 평균이 나머지 집단의 평균보다 유의미하게 높았다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the patterns of career identity and career resilience by cluster analysis and examined group differences in gender, grade and the career maturation of college students. The presence of four clusters is revealed by the result from a cluster analysis with a sample of college 577 students from 2 universities, Chungbuk. Cluster 1 career identity forming group shows by the low career resilience and the high career identity. Cluster 2 career development group shows by the high career resilience and the high career identity. Cluster 3 career diffusion group shows by the low career resilience and the low career identity. Cluster 4 career resilience forming group shows by the high career resilience and the low career identity. Through Χ2, ANOVA there are meaningful differences confirmed by the gender, grade and career maturation in each cluster. There are significant meaningful differences by the gender, grade and career maturation in each cluster.
