30대 대졸 경력단절 기혼 여성의 재취업 시도 경험에 대한 질적 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 경력단절 기혼 여성의 재취업 준비와 시도경험을 드러내고, 노동시장 재진입 과정에서의 진로발달을 이해하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여, 30대 4년제 대학을 졸업하고 2년 이상의 취업 경력을 가지고 있으며, 현재 취업을 준비하고 시도하는 14명의 기혼 경력단절여성에 대해 질적 연구방법인 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 분석결과는 5개 영역, 17개의 범주, 47개의 하위범주, 135개의 개념으로 정리되 었다. 이들의 경험으로부터 재취업 포부, 재취업준비행동, 취업 장벽, 인식변화, 그리고 사회적지원요청의 5개 영역이 도출되었다. 이들의 진로발달과 재취업준비를 위한 현실적인 교육과 지원이 필요하다는 점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the reemployment preparation and trial of career-interrupted married women and to understand their career development in the reentry to the labor market. To do this study, we interviewed 14 career-interrupted married women. The method of data collection was used focus group interviews. In the results, 5 domain, 17 categories, 47 subcategories, and 135 concepts were deduced. The meaning of this study was described using five main categories,: reemployment hopes , employment preparation action , barriers to employment , change of perception , and request of social support . We discussed that they need a essential education and support for career development, and their reemployment.
