국문 초록

본 연구는 학교 텃밭을 활용하여 다양한 교양 농업 교육 프로그램을 적용한 도시 초등학교 사례를 분석하고 교육 효과를 탐색하는 데 연구 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 선행 연구 및 관련 문헌을 기초로 하여 초등학교 교양 농업 교육의 사례를 분석하고 교육 효과를 탐색하는 방법을 이용하였다. 연구의 사례 대상은 서울A초등학교의 학교 교육과정에서 추출한 학교 텃밭 교육관련 프로그램이다. 학교 교육과정에 제시된 내용을 2009교육과정 편제에 제시된 교과와 창의적 체험 활동으로 분류하고 학교 행사 및 특별프로그램을 추가하였으며, 학교에서 실시한 교사 연수 프로그램도 분석하였다. 교육 효과 탐색은 학생들이 학교 텃밭 교육 후에 서술한 내용을 연구자가 범주화하는 방법을 사용하였다. 교양 농업 교육의 효과는 크게 농업 소양 함양(식물 소양함양, 식물관리에 대한 소양 함양, 식물에 대한 관심 증가), 생태 환경 소양 함양, 식 생활 개선(식생활 습관 개선, 생산자를 생각하는 마음), 인성 함양 및 교사의 효과인식의 5가지로 구분되었다. 이러한 교육 효과는 선행 연구의 결과와 상당 부분 일치하고 있다.

영문 초록

The purposes of this study were to analyse implementation case and to investigate educational effect for general agricultural education in school farming . To achieve the objective of the study was performed on the basis of the literature review. The study employs seoul A elementary school curriculum published in 2014. An analysis and investigation criteria drawn from previous studies. The conclusion and suggestions drawn from this study were as follows. First, the number of school gardening program was five categories in subject, creative experience activity, school event, special program and teacher training program. Second, school gardening in general agricultural education have educational effect on fostering of agricultural literacy, improvement of dietary life, fostering of ecology and environment, fostering of human nature. The findings indicate that school gardening activities have great educational effect and thus make a huge contribution to general agricultural education.
