유아교사와 미술교사의 유아미술교육에 대한 개념 및 지식수준의 비교 분석 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아기 미술교육의 중요성에 비추어 미술교사와 유아교사의 유아미술 교육에 대한 개념과 내용지식을 비교학적으로 분석하여 그 교육적 함의를 알아보고 자 하였으며, 이에 유아교사와 미술교사가 작성한 개념도를 기초하여 개념의 내용 과 수준, 위계와 밀도, 그리고 특성점수 등을 분석 하였다. 연구결과 유아교사의 개 념의 내용은 표현과 교수방법적인 문제에 대해 초점을 두었고 미술교사는 표현과 미적체험에 초점을 두고 조형매체와 교실환경을 중요하게 인식하고 있음을 볼 수 있었다. 또한 미술교육의 지식수준과 관련하여 미술교사는 미술에 대한 위계적이고 통합적으로 구성내용을 보여준 반면에 유아교사는 누리과정 예술영역관련 중심의 구성내용을 보여줌을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 유아미술교육의 질적 향 상을 위하여 미술전공자인 미술교사와 교육과정 전공자인 유아교사가 가진 미술에 대한 개념 및 내용지식의 차이와 다양성을 서로 융합되어 보완될 필요가 있음을 논 의하였다.

영문 초록

This study was intended to analyze the concept and content knowledge of art teachers and early childhood teachers on the art education for children in view of the importance of art education of early childhood, and to analyze the contents and level of concepts, hierarchy and density, and characteristic scores based on the conceptual diagram prepared by early childhood teachers and art teachers. As a result, it was identified that the concept contents of early childhood teachers are focused on problems of expression and teaching methods, and art teachers are perceiving art materials and class environment importantly. Also, regarding the knowledge level for art education, art teachers showed art contents hierarchically and comprehensively, whereas early childhood teachers showed art related contents of Nuri curriculum. Lastly, for qualitative improvement of art education for children, this study discussed the necessity of combining and supplementing the difference and diversity of concept and content knowledge of art teachers who majored in art and early childhood teachers who majored in education program.
