국문 초록

본 연구는 창의성 교육을 위한 교사교육프로그램을 개발하고 이 프로그램의 효과를 알아보는데 목적을 두었다. 이와 같은 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정하였다. 첫째, 창의성 교육을 위한 교사교육프로그램을 어떻게 개발할 것인가? 둘째, 창의성 교육을 위한 교사교육프로그램의 효과를 무엇인가? 첫 번째 연구문제 수행을 위해 창의성의 개념, 창의성 교육의 방법, 창의성 교육을 위한 교사의 역할을 탐색하여 교사교육프로그램을 개발하였다. 이 프로그램은 총 60 시간으로 구성되며 일반 영역과 구체적 영역으로 구분되어 각각 창의성 교육의 기초, 교육과정 운영과 창의성, 수업과 창의성, 창의성 평가의 이해와 실제로 구성되었다. 두 번째 연구문제 수행을 위해 교사 4명과 이들이 담임하고 있는 초등학교 학생 163명을 연구대상으로 선정하여 실험집단과 통제집단으로 나누었다. 실험집단 교사 2 명에게는 창의성 교육을 위한 교사교육프로그램을 투입하고 두 집단 학생들의 창의성 향상정도를 검사하였다. 연구결과 창의성 교육을 위한 교사교육프로그램에 참여한 교사가 가르치는 실험집단 학생들과 통제집단 학생들의 창의성 점수에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났 다.(P. <.01)

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop teacher education program for creativity education and to verify its effects. The theoretical backgrounds of the study were based on concepts of creativity, creativity education method, and teacher s role for creativity education. The Program contents were composed of foundation of creativity education , curriculum management & creativity , teaching & creativity , and theory & practice of creativity evaluation . To verify the effects of teacher education program for creativity education 163 4th grade students and 4 teachers were selected from elementary school located in Kyonggi-do. They were classified into two groups: An experimental group and a control group. And the experimental group was participated in teacher education program. In order to measure the effects of teacher education program, the figure test of TTCT A and TTCT B were administered. The results of the tests were analyzed by ANCOVA with SPSS for Windows(11.0). The pretest was found no significant differences between the two groups. After the conduct teacher education program for creativity education, the posttest showed significant differences between them(P< .01)
