국문 초록

본 연구는 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 심리적 안녕감, 가족건강성, 사회적 지지 및 양육효능감 간의 구조관계와 직·간접효과를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산·경남에 소재하고 있는 10개 유치원 만 3세, 4세, 5세의 어머니 1,000명을 대상으로 하여 어머니의 심리적 안녕감, 가족건강성, 사회적 지지 및 양육효능감 검사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS Ver. 22.0과 AMOS Ver. 22.0으로 통계처리 하였다. 본 연구의 결과 및 논의를 통해 얻어진 결론으로 가족건강성, 심리적 안녕감이 양육효능감에 미치는 직접효과와 사회적 지지가 가족건강성 및 심리적 안녕감을 매개변인으로 해서 양육효능감에 미치는 간접효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 결론적으로 어머니의 양육효능감을 높이기 위해서는 변인들 모두를 포함하는 이 들 간의 인과관계를 고려하여 유치원 현장에서는 부모양육효능감을 높이기 위한 부모의 심리적 안녕감, 가족건강성, 사회적 지지 등의 부모교육 및 프로그램 제공이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between psychological well-being, family strength, social support, and parenting efficacy of young children’s mothers and its direct and indirect effectiveness. 1,000 mothers of 3∼5 year-old children from 10 kindergartens in Kyungnam were selected and surveyed for the study, and A structural relationship of collected data was identified through structure equation modeling using AMOS 22.0. This study measured suitability of the measurement model with method of maximum likelihood estimation for the model estimation, and conducted the structure regression analysis to analyze a structural relationship among variables. As conclusion, it is necessary for kindergartens to provide parental education and program to increase parenting efficacy by considering the cause-and-effect relationship among psychological well-being, family strength, social support, and parenting efficacy.
