마이스터고 신입생의 성취목표가 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 마이스터고생의 동기 요인인 성취목표와 의지통제가 마이스터고생들이 진로목표를 실현하게 하는 직접적 요인인 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 그리고 성취목표지향성이 진로준비행동으로 외현화되도록 하는데 의지통제의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 2015년 4월 초에 306명 마이스터고생을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 성실히 응답한 295명 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과, 마이스터고 생들의 성취목표 유형 중 숙달목표지향성과 수행접근목표지향성은 의지통제와 진로준비행동과 높은 상관을 보였지만, 수행회피목표지향성은 진로준비행동과 유의미한 상관이 나타나지 않아 매개검증 예측변인에서 제외되었다. 그리고 성취목표와 의지통제는 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 수행접근목표, 숙달목표, 의지통제, 수행회피목표 순으로 상대적 영향력을 가지는 것으로 보인다. 마지막으로 마이스터고생들의 성취목표 유형 중 숙달목표지향성과 수행접근목표지 향성이 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 의지통제가 부분적으로 매개함을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과가 교육현장에 주는 시사점을 논의하였고, 제한점과 후속 연구의 필요성을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relations and impact of achievement goals and volitional control to meister high school students career preparation behavior. Furthermore, this study tested if meister high school students volitional control would mediate the relations of achievement goals and career preparation behavior among 295 students in April, 2016. The major results are as follows. First, mastery goals and performance approach goals out of achievement goals were significantly related to volitional control and career preparation behavior. But performance avoidance goals was not related to career preparation behavior. Second, mastery goals, performance approach goals, and performance avoidance goals in achievement goals and volition control had impact on career preparation behavior. Third, the results of hierarchical regression analysis to investigate the mediating effects revealed that the relation of achievement goals to career preparation behavior was mediated by students volitional control. The results of this study proved that high volition control Students with mastery goals and performance approach goals have high levels of career preparation behavior. It s implication is future meister high school education should focus to achievement goals and volitional control to increase meister high school students career preparation behavior.
