부모-자녀 진로 일치도, 적응 유연성이 대학생의 진로 적응성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생이 지각하는 부모-자녀 진로 일치도와 적응 유연성이 미래진로 적응에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 진행되었다. 이를 위해 서울과 충북 소재 대학의 3,4,5학년 대학생 208명에게 부모-자녀 진로 일치도 척도, 적응 유연성 척도, 진로 미래검사를 실시하고 185명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 상관분석과 회기분석을 실시하였다. 수집한 자료를 분석한 결과, 부모-자녀 진로 일치도와 적응 유연성은 대학생의 미래 진로 적응에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 분석결과에 대해 선행연구과 관련하여 논의하고 상담 및 교육장면에서의 시사점과 제한점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of parent-adolescent career congruence, resilience on career adaptability. The participants of the study were 185 undergraduate students from university. The three instruments used in this study were adolescent-parent career congruence scale, ego-resiliency scale and career futures inventory. The results of this study are as follows: parent-adolescent career congruence had a significant effect on career adaptability and resilience on career adaptability was significant. The result of this study will be a foundation of career development system and education for undergraduate students. We discussed of implication and limitations of this study.
