영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop the business model as using company s resources in the CSV perspective. we draw the business model which focus on the strength and the ability of North Korean refugees through Design Thinking Method. North Korean refugees who cut communication because of wounds internally have difficulties, such as losing self-confidence in getting a job, distrust of the future and adaptation of company s environment in South Korea. Hence, developing the business model which connect with CSR provided by companies will help North Korean refugees that can be independent financially through the experience of success of starting a business. The result of this study proposition of the business model fitting to North Korean refugees is expected to resettle down safely.
