The aim of this study is to test of mediating effects of Organizational Citizenship Behavior(Organizationally-Directed(OCBO)) and Individually-Directed(OCBI)) Citizenship Behavior) among Group Cohesion, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. Using a sample of Korean workers(N=610), Factors such as Group Cohesion, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment are used to test for mediating effects of OCBO and OCBI of employee at workplace. Result showed that Group Cohesion related significant to both dependent variable, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior had also a significant effect on both Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. Further, Group Cohesion related significant to both Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Finally, testing the mediating effects of OCBO and OCBI on the relationship between Group Cohesion, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. The present study found that the mediating effects on relationship between Group Cohesion, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment except to relationship between OCBI and Organizational Commitment. In conclusion, these findings provided important theoretical and practical implications in addition to limitations.
