Recently, the real estate market has steadily increased in the wake of the recession, oversupply and various regulatory policies, which continue to increase the vacancy rate of the middle and small buildings and pose a serious problem in asset management. These over-supported supply and demand issues are shifting into the Rental Market of the Middle &Small buildings, which are increasingly concerned about the interests and demands of diversified asset management services, as they are converted into rented markets. This study analyzes the effect of the real estate asset management service on tenants satisfaction with tenants satisfaction with the satisfaction of tenants satisfaction and how to assess the effect of tenants on the contract after the contract expires, and the actual value of the lease is attributed to the conclusion of the contract, resulting in the success of the contract as an important factor in determining the renewal of the contract after the completion of the lease contract. Therefore, it is expected that this research will be used as a reference to the asset management services to improve the quality of the asset management services to improve the quality of the asset management services and to improve the quality of the tenants and to ensure stable customer satisfaction.
