영문 초록
The results of this study are as follows. Model 1 In the overall model, only the economic characteristics of the four characteristics were significant. This means that rental income of real estate is determined by the economic characteristics of the householder. In other words, if the assets and income of the householder are high, the rental income can be increased by increasing the rent without receiving a lot of deposit money. On the other hand, if the debt is high, the rental income will be decreased by taking a lot of deposit and reducing the rent instead. Model 2 In the demographic and social characteristics model, it is understood that the elderly and elderly people aged 50 years or older try to increase the rental income due to the retirement preparation. Model 3 In the regional characteristics model, only Seoul and Gyeonggi-do increase rental income of profitable real estate. Model 4 In the case of the economic characteristic model, as in the whole characteristic model of the model 1, it will increase the rental income of the property for income when the asset and the income are many households, while the more the liability becomes, It is estimated that the rental income of real estate for rent will decrease. Finally, the model 5 relational characteristics model shows that the rental income is increased when the residential environment of the physical surroundings is good or the social and economic status is high personally.
